This website www.DivorceHappens.ca is owned by The Divorce Team Inc. and is herein referred to as "the Site". If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this Site. Nor are any recommendations expressed or implied regarding the quality of services provided. The Divorce Team Inc. and its directors, officers, agents, employees or contractors do not verify the license or practice certificates or credentials of any collaborative practitioners listed in the Site Directory and is not aware of their professional background, other than what such practitioners have told The Divorce Team Inc. The Divorce Team does not assume any responsibility for enforcing licensing requirements with respect to licensed professionals prior to publishing entries in the Directory forming part of the Site. The accuracy of the Site, the Information and any resources contained in the Site are not warranted or guaranteed or intended to substitute for professional legal or psychological advice, to contradict legal or psychological advice given or for legal or psychological services of any kind.
