The Collaborative Advtange

Joanna Shaw

Joanna Shaw loves to help people through their separation and divorce.

Joanna is a family law lawyer who has limited her family law practice to Collaborative cases. Joanna believes that the Collaborative Process gives people the opportunity to say what is really happening in their lives. It allows the parties to resolve the outstanding issues in way that works best for them.

Joanna`s education is impressive. She has a B.A. in Philosophy and "Law and Society" and a Master`s degree in Environmental Law. Joanna not only has a law degree, she is working to complete her Masters Degree in Law. Joanna is a mediator as well as practicing family law.

What draws clients to Joanna, in addition to her stellar education, is her caring and compassionate approach to helping her clients. She truly cares and wants to help empower her clients to participate in a process that results in a long lasting, cost-effective resolution that works for the whole family.

I went to law school to help people. I find that the Collaborative Process is the most effective way to resolve family law issues.
