Mark restricts his practice solely to dealing with matrimonial matters. He focuses on the financial aspects of separation and divorce, working closely with clients and their legal counsel. Combining his technical knowledge with creative thinking helps generate settlements that optimise the financial outcome for both spouses, and helps them move forward.

Mark has the training and experience to act as a financial neutral in collaborative proceedings, but also works in the mediation and traditional processes.
He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). Mark has furthered his knowledge of the financial aspects of family law through obtaining the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designation.
