Elizabeth Sterritt
Elizabeth is an accredited bilingual (English/French) Family Mediator in private practice in Ottawa, Ontario. Her practice includes a specialization in family mediation and conflict coaching.
Skilled in coaching family members to take notice of their pattern of interacting with each other, Elizabeth assists them in transforming their communication style to enable them to engage in a productive pattern for the future. Her invitational approach offers couples the opportunity to co-create the appropriate parenting plan for their needs.
The past president of OAFM (Ottawa Chapter), Elizabeth is a member of the Family Mediation Canada executive and a member of the Centre for Conflict Education and Research Board of Directors at Carleton University, as well as an active member of Collaborative Practice Ottawa.
