My name is Mary Rawes and I am a Partner in the Mary Rawes/Steve Ringler Century21 Sales Team.
My special training in language skills, conflict resolution skills and of course my success in Real Estate allows me to help you move through process of listing, selling and finding you a new place to call home. Sometimes, selling the home can be difficult for one or both of the spouses and the kids. My goal is simple.... to provide you with the information you need to determine whether one spouse can keep the matrimonial home or whether it needs to be sold and a new home to be found.
