Nafisa Nazarali
Nafisa graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University, where she majored in Psychology. Nafisa completed her Juris Doctor Program at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2010. Nafisa currently practices family law at Russell Alexander Collaborative Family Lawyers.
Collaborative Practice is the best process for separating couples because it is client focused. This process enables couples to work through all of their issues in a dignified and respectful manner. During the litigation process, clients tend to lose control of the outcome of their matter. With the collaborative process, the couple retains full control of the process allowing for creative solutions.
